Who we are
We are Jérémy Lincal and Inanna Justice, a couple passionate about sexuality, sensuality, BDSM, desire and above all meeting other kinky people!
Jérémy is a photographer and director (official selection at the Porn Film Festival Berlin 2022), founder of the Kinky Saloon, eternal sexplorer and role-playing adventurer, he prefers to master games rather than people.
Inanna is a professional and lifestyle dominatrix, organizer of game safety workshops, writer and gourmet. She can often be found at the market or in the kitchen when she doesn't have a whisk in her hand.
We met several years ago, and started organizing kinky afterwork events shortly afterwards. Unfortunately, the pandemic hit and we had to stop. The desire was still there, and in April 2022, we launched the Kinky Saloon.
A fan of workshops and kinky sexpo events, we like to pass on our knowledge and invite speakers specializing in different kinks.
Our history
We wanted to create an event a little different from what we've seen elsewhere. A kind of afterwork that's friendly, joyful, playful, inclusive, affordable and gender-neutral.
Initially, we invited friends and family, on a co-optation basis. The evening took place in small groups (12 maximum!) at Inanna's dungeon. There were 2 rooms: one for games, the other for chatting, drinking and eating.
Quickly falling victim to our success, we had to turn people away... hence the idea to move up a gear. The idea? Take over a bigger venue, but without overcrowding it. We wanted everyone to have space to play, watch others play and relax. So we decided to limit admission, i.e. to remove 1/3 of the venue's maximum capacity.
Conviviality is at the heart of Kinky Saloon, based on 4 ideas:
- Knowledge sharing (workshops/demonstrations)
- Bracelets
- The playlist
- Sharing food/drinks
We've set up a wristband system so that, at a glance, we can identify who wants to play and who prefers to stay back. This encourages people to approach others to propose games or, on the contrary, not to propose to those who simply want to observe. You can, of course, change the wristband during the evening, but you'll need to ask a member of the team to do so.
Then there was the question of music. Rather than imposing a style that wouldn't appeal to everyone, we came up with an inspiration: a participatory playlist where everyone would have their own song, their own moment!
Each Kinky Saloon begins with a get-to-know-you aperitif, followed by a short talk on safety, consent and a reminder of the rules.
Afterwards, a demonstration of a practice you may have integrated into your games. Around 8:30 p.m., it's your turn! Just want to watch and chat with others? Want to learn more about a kink/BDSM practice or philosophy? Want to play? You're the ones who make the evening a success!
In the spirit of sharing and learning, we send out a short feedback questionnaire in the days following a Kinky Saloon. Thanks to you, we continue to improve our events! We keep learning, we keep tweaking things that don't work so well, we keep offering you a festive and loving setting, hoping you'll find it to your liking.
